Q: Wie viel soll ich microdosen?

Wie viel du beim Microdosing konsumieren solltest hängt generell von vielen Faktoren ab. Dazu gehören Alter, Geschlecht, Gewicht, Ziel des Microdosing und vor allem die Substanz mit der Microdosing betrieben wird. Microdosing wird in der Regel die Einnahme einer sehr kleinen Menge eine psychoaktiven Substanz genannt. Meistens sind das unter 10% eine "vollen" Dosis. Bei LSD sind es zum Beispiel 6-14 Mikrogramm, verglichen mit 100-125 Mikrogramm bei einer vollen Erfahrung.
